About me

Hi, I'm Hayley.

I've spent almost 20 years helping businesses navigate the ever-changing world of websites and digital marketing. I’ve worked with all kinds of companies, from start-ups to multinationals, but they all have one thing in common – wanting to know that their website and marketing is taken care of whilst they get on with running their business.

That’s why I set up my freelance business; to offer straightforward, affordable digital support in a world where having a strong online presence is more important than ever. Technology changes quickly, but I believe good support should feel simple, practical, and personal.

What keeps me motivated isn't just getting results, I also love learning about different businesses, hearing people's stories, and understanding what makes each one unique.

Outside of work, life continues to be busy in the best possible way. My husband and I have two children: Owen, who is 6 and full of life, Lego creations, clever questions, and has cracked just about every sport going; and Lily, who is 4, wonderfully sassy, never without an accessory, and very much the boss of our household.

When we're not working or chasing after the kids, we love travelling around the UK and Europe in our caravan. And if we ever run out of adventures, we're usually at home trying to modernise our 1970s house — a project that is very much a work in constant progress!
